KaminoPLAN single-shell chimney liner pipes are manufactured with wall thicknesses from 0.6 to 3.0 mm using material no. 1.4571, 1.4404, 1.4436 or 1.4539. Thanks to the material selection and the sheet thickness, failures caused by corrosion are not likely to occur. Rotary elbows are available for chimneys with inclinations. Laborious calculations of angles and gradients can be dispensed with.

KaminoPLAN pipes with an effective pipe length of 1.0 m can be installed quickly and easily. Each pipe is fitted with a socket joint of 70 mm. For lowering the pipes with a rope, one pipe with lowering loops is included in each delivery independent of the chimney length. This allows to join the pipes above the outlet of the chimney and lower them metre by metre. In building construction, the total pipe weights do normally not exceed 25 kg.

Therefore, winches and similar equipment are not required. The smooth inner surfaces of the pipes minimise velocity losses of the flue gas flow and prevent the accumulation of deposits through this.

This allows a reduction of the cross section which reduces the heat-up period of the material and bans the risk of flue gas condensation. All these features ensure highest efficiency of your heating system and compliance with all environmental and economic requirements on modern heating systems. The expansion of the pipes should be taken into consideration during assembly. It amounts to one centimetre per metre pipe length.
