KaminoTHERM LAS (AEGS) is a concentric, pressure-tight, condensate-proof, stainless steel air/exhaust gas system.

What is KaminoTHERM LAS ?

KaminoTHERM LAS (AEGS) is a concentric, pressure-tight, condensate-proof, stainless steel air/exhaust gas system. The general structure of this system corresponds to that of KaminoTHERM. High-quality seal rings ensure pressure-tight and condensate-proof joints. The pre-shaped parts are seam welded and pressure-tight.

Modern heat generators need no longer draw the air for combustion from within the room where they are located because this would affect room air quality. A new method allows them to draw combustion air directly from the coaxially structured air/exhaust gas pipe system (room sealed system!)

The combustion air is drawn in through protected air intake elements of the LAS air/exhaust gas pipe system and flows directly to the heat generator through an annular gap between the inner pipe and the outer casing. The flue gas is expelled in opposite direction through the inner pipe.  In order to ensure favourable temperatures in the flue gas pipe, insulating KaminoTHERM elements are installed upstream of the air intake elements.

In order to be able to expel the flue gas safely via the same shaft, however, a special system is required that offers reliable functionality and the required safety at the same time.

KaminoTHERM LAS is made of high-grade stainless steels. Material no. 1.4404 is used for the inner pipes and material no. 1.4301 for the casing pipes.

It goes without saying that KaminoTHERM LAS is available in the whole range of typical surface finish options and nominal widths.
